Strawman documents successfully developed for presentation to the IETF in December's BOF (Birds-of-a-Feather) meeting.

The Content Alliance CPWG conducted a Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) session at the IETF meeting to discuss the strawman documents. IETF members agreed to create an IETF Working Group on Content Distribution Internetworking to further this standards effort. As a result, the Content Peering Working Group (CPWG) becomes the IETF Content Distribution Internetworking (CDI) Group. Editors chosen for requirement documents, protocol documents. Moving forward, the IETF CDI Group will develop the strawman documents into standards proposals. [ Summary ]
